LMM: School me on dynoing these trucks.

Looking to strap mine on the rollers soon, looking for advice on proper way to dyno one of these. 4th gear, 5th gear? That sorta thing.

Best thing is go to a dyno shop or dyno event where they have dyno'd diesels, 4th gear is normally used but some dyno in 5th. Main thing is get it loaded enough that you can build some good boost, and if you have a Tech 2 available or something to lock it in gear so it doesn't down shift. If there is an experienced dyno operator, best to let him dyno it for you until you get the hang of it.
