SC IV Swap?

I"m thinking about getting the new GMC Danali Duramax and was wondering if it would be worth it to swap my SC IV in to the new truck? My SC IV was installed about a 1.5 years ago. Thoughts?

The LML allison is different from you LMM, different shape and all, so I would "assume" the mounting could be different. not to mention the transfer case patern

Correct, it will not fit. rear housing is different and output shaft is much bigger in the new one.

I doubt strong enough for twins and alot of fuel. Judgeing from his LMM I would assume his plans are to make the LML a runner, once things are available for them...

Very good point! I think I will wait a bit before buying a new one. Has anyone heard anything further on tunning the new LML?

Bullydog is "saying" they are close. EFILive put it on the backburner from Cindy's post on the DP..

So, Banks and Edge, I'm not sure about.

I would run edge before bully dog

First week I got my truck I ran edge race and it run pretty good

So, Banks and Edge, I'm not sure about.

I will get the Banks tuner soon as it comes out.
As far as the trans goes; the pressures are at 80 psi and spike up to 250 psi on every upshift and downshift, then drop back to 80 psi. I tested at wide open throttle and it held 250 psi for 4 seconds then dropped to 80 psi while I was still at wot.:eek::eek: 80 psi won't hold this puppy very long with a tune.
I know how to get around it though.:cool2:

If I had to go with something besides EFILive, it was going to be the banks one..

As far as trans go. Call me when the tuner is out, I'll be wanting these tranny gadgets..
