Yes it is finished all that is left is to refill the coolant then check for leaks, get it warmed up then change the oil. I don't think im gonna rush it and go to Sac tonight since im leaving at 7am tomorrow morning. I'll get out to next week's Friday TnT it should be less crowded and better prepped.
