Out and about
I have thought about running that set up. But got a deal on what I have. The kit I am selling would not be hard to for a 472 in vis the 366. I was going to have Nathan built a Hotpipe for me so I could run a 468. But I went bigger all around.

It'll be a laggy pig and you'll end up hating your truck. My cousin had a similar setup on his truck and it sucked ass. He now has a TCT 472 single and its amazing.

I would think if it's set up correctly and tuned right with the correct converter you'd enjoy it just fine. I'd probably run a more aggressive wheel in the 472 like a TCT to help get it spooled up quickly.

Lemme ask ya this, what is your goal for your truck? I've noticed you've had a few threads about different turbo setups and really cant seem to make up your mind. Maybe if we know what you're shooting for we can provide better help.

My s366/s480 towed awesome, spooled better than a s366 by itself...

I also built a s362/s475 kit for someone else and the spool wasn't noticeably better, a little quicker.

Build a large gated s366/gt55(91mm). We ran a gt55 91mm as a single on the pulling truck and it is far superior to a s483 in spoolup and power output, s488's are even worse on lag and don't have the turbine wheel to match the compressor. Or a gated s366/gt4788. A gt4294/gt5591 would be sweet but costly.

S366/80 will get you there you already have a s366 so that is solved. Can we put this case to rest?

GT55's are a freak of nature on the quickness of spoolup vs the amount of HP produced.

Also a s366/(2)s363's would probably do what u want pretty well also...
