the race cover i have must be a Borg Warner

That is a Bullseye racecover just with the V-band discharge, they are made both ways. If it was me with the set-up he is using. I would do a ETT S472 and race cover, with the 83mm turbine with either a .9 or 1.0 ex housing. I think it would be quite streetable.

you can get the 472 to spool up pretty fast if you take some time and get the tune dialed in.

I would imagine you wont be too impressed with the 68, go with the 72. it will move more air, keep egts down, and make more power.

Thae 83mm will spool faster. Iam running the 87mm and it spools great for what I need but it is a little too lazy for towing and regular street use. There are a ton of people running the 83mm with reports of great street and towing manners.

The bigger wheels will make more turbine hp at lower drive pressures allowing them to drive larger comp wheels. But the higher flow/lower drive pressure makes them spool slow. Also larger wheels tend to have more rotating mass which also slows spool time.

I would go with the 466 ( bullseye 366 t-4 ) for what you do beach, i think you would snuff the 472 when trying to "drift" and the 466 will have enough air to hurt the motor if you beat on it hard enough . Give me a shout if when your ready i should have my S4 install kits done buy then ( already have some pieces ) and you will be surprised what i can put that kit together for , charger and all ( complete kit EVERYTHING included for install ) .
