Not sure if it was a shady turd or just someone that honestly didn't know any different as he bought the truck with the kit on it. So either he swapped the comp cover out to a crappy turbo, or whoever sold the kit originally used a cheap pos turbo. I don't really know- not overly worried though as the rest of the kit looks tip top.

Picked up my S464 from Alamo today. They did a great job on it and came in $100 less than they quoted me.
Specs were bang on to Noreaster's numbers.
Compressor wheel : 63.5 mm inducer, 91.4mm exducer.
Turbine wheel: 83.5mm inducer, 74mm exducer.

Compressor housing*.63 A/R, with 5.0" hose-type inlet, and v-band-type discharge.
Turbine housing: 1.10 A/R, with 'divided' volute, featuring T6 turbine inlet flange.
Turbine A/R was larger than I thought -1.10 not 0.90.
Not sure if this will affect spool with the S480 or not but at least I shouldn't need a wastegate.

Also I ran the numbers off my S480 by the guys at Alamo and they couldn't find it either so no idea what I have now. Going to have to bring it in to them and see if they can identify it. I'm guessing it's Chinese. :-(

Thanks.
I am going to try to use the 480 even if it needs cartridge kit. So long as I can get one and the housings are still good.
