Holy cow dude. I make 40 lbs all day lol. You have a massive hole somewhere lol. You check your drivers side intercooler tube? It rubs a hole on the bottom by the power steering.

I have a new driver side intercooler tube so no leaks. My stock tube didn't have a leak either. I need to pressure test it one of these days.

I have the same Borg Warner non gated. I see 30-35 on my daily tune and around 42lbs on max with stock cp3 and fuel. With around 1200* egts on a highway pull.

What are you guys seeing for MPG and cruising and towing temps with the S366.....I want to get a set of up pipes or make them as well as port my stock manifolds and turbo pedistal, and do a intercooler. My tuning may need some adjustment, because it seem like a have a couple of dead spots, mostly at lower speeds where I have high egts and no change in RPM's. Also my MPG likes to take hits very easly.

The best mpg I have seen out of my billet 366 is 25.2. That was on some back roads going just fast enough to hit 6th.

Cruising on flat highway a month ago I saw a range of 19-22. Cruising at 70 my egts are like 650ish.

Highway with lots of hills I am usually around 18.

A tank that's 100% city will be anywhere from 12-15.

My average on my DIC reads 17.3 and my app I use to track each fill up hand calculated reads 17.2.

I had a dead spot in my charger at like 5 psi. Turned out to be a boost leak. My y bridge elbow was missing a chunk at the bottom I upgraded to a solid bridge to fix the leak and my charger spools much better.


I did notice my charger doesn't really like driving in my low hp tune. Truck is smokier, gets worse mileage, and just seems lazy. Running on setting 2-3 it's much better

My truck doesn't like low power tunes ether. My brothers complain about throttle response....Press down a little on the peddle and you start off like normal, then the turbo spools.

Best I have got with mine so far was 31mpg hand calculated. I think the 366s don't like the smaller tunes cause they like the heat.
