Hey all, Ive been trying to find out what all I need to install a s366 turbo onto my 04 lb7? Just guessing id say I would need the turbo, wastegate, and oil line. What else and where could I get the kit?

If you run a .91 a/r you won't need a wastegate with stock fuel system. You'll need a t4 pedestal. Htt makes an install kit. I'm not 100% sure but from what I've been told the down pipe has a different flange so if you go with a Borg Warner turbo you'll need to modify the flange.

short list of what you will need:

Turbo
pedestal
downpipe
oil drain
oil feed line and block fitting
stock turbo oil feed plug
hot side I/C pipe
air intake
Don't forget the drivers side dip stick tube,i wouldn't want to try and put the dipstick tube on the passenger side with that big down pipe in there yes it can be done but barely.

Yea its a royal pain the butt... I used the stock passenger side dip stick, and had to bend and dent the firewall to make it fit in there!

I got my stocker back in without much issue. EPR kit didnt come with a new dipstick. I just straightened the top of mine out and it went right in

Lol, yeah Im just wondering. Not to worry, I just have the power greed in me right now :( considering a turbo would round up to around 2gs, thats almost as much for the stage 4 kit, which is what id end up getting first.
