S & w 66-4 3"

I am wondering if anyone has any info on a Smith & Wesson 66-4 with a 3" barrel? I traded for one a while back and have been told the 3" is the rarest, any input from anyone about this gun? Thanks in advance!

As for the 66 I've seen two in person one came in my shop for a clean up and the other was at a gun show. I don't think they are super rare. I'm no expert tho if you would like I can ask a few guys I know for info.
