Caldwell , Oh
Thinking about selling our rzr 4 and getting the new honda pioneer 4 .

Does anybody know about what I should ask for it . I was thinking $13,000 .

2011 rzr 800-4 robby gordon eps 2100 miles ( only trail ridden 3 times the rest is hunting/checking cameras and road miles )
It has LED interior lights , Soft top , An aftermarket folding windshield , a pair of the polaris bubble windshields , bed extenders , cloth rear wind cover with clear plastic in the middle , I also put in the rubber under the rear seat and around the steering column for dust control .

Being I work at 1 of the southeast largest dealerships... Why in the world would you wanna sell that for a pioneer?? lol

Pioneers are really nice reliablity wise but power wise and sporty the RZR wins hands down!

I couldn't step down to a pioneer, but that's your decision.

The mileage might hurt some on resale but if it's clean you should be able to get 10-11k all day.

We have only taken it trail riding 3 times . The rest of the time it is used as a utility ( kinda ) or just transportation . I would get a lot more use out of the pioneer . We actually looked at the ranger crew when we first started looking but those things are a friggin bus . We cut a lot of firewood and that thing would suck in the woods .

Yeah for power , stability , suspension setup , and trail riding capability hands down rzr all the way .

Do the fox shocks on my rzr make that much difference over what's on the other years ?

we have the ranger crew diesels at work and they are turds. We have problems with the transmissions not shifting on a regular basis, the half shafts break all the time, throttle and shift cable ends break. We have 9 of them and only one has never had problems. I would stay away far far away.

The oem fox shocks are pretty good, but they only have compression valve control, no rebound.

The standard oem Sachs shocks are junk!

I've always felt rangers and razrs are fun to blast around on and trail ride but they're high maintenance. Kind of like the 6 liter of the quad world haha. For working straight up reliability Honda and Yamaha take the cake
