Garucci, did you ever get shocks and did it help you out?

I pull a 25' goosenenck with an 8k lb pulling truck on it. It causes a very rough ride also. I thought at one point we maybe scrambled the brain of my 5 month old on the way to the pulls. It's bad rough. I moved the truck back some on the trailer and it helped some. The jerking goes away, but them the rear end of the truck doensn't seem as planted. If you get on wet grass you have to put in in 4wd to move.

I don't feel so much of a bouncing as a for-aft jerking. On a long ride, I actually almost get sick to my stomach from the jerking and I don't normally have any problems with that.

I put Monroe reflexs on about 20k miles ago. My next step was going to be air bags.

Autozone is also a Bilstein dealer. Plus they will keep track of your data for warranty issues. I have run Bilstein's for 6 years and they started to get a little soft. I was able to easily compress the shocks after I took them off. The folks at Autozone looked up when they sold me the shocks, and said they will be here Tuesday. Just bring us the old ones. Couldn't have been more easy and painless.
