Kansas when I am home
I'll think about it, but 30K for a sick truck doesn't sound real inticeing right now.

I am sure it can be resolved just sit back slam 15-35 beers and try again on the weekend.

you fvcking bitch let me look at it. I will fix it in ten minutes

Dude i've R&Red it 50 times 4 different o rings, lots of grease, medium grease, little grease and no grease... o ring at the top, middle, and bottom... i've tried 2 orings one always slides all the way down the tube. I might have to try a tighter oring cause it continues to slip of the nipple and pinch.

I'm sure i sound like a pansy but the angle is too steep for it to just slip on ... I might honestly have remove everything again ie alternator bracket, and ps pump bracket so my truck will sit for a long time if thats the case

the way the tube HAS to go into the housing the angle is so steep trying to get the hose and bolting surface all aligned while not pushing up while the tube is at an angle. its dumb

Have you tried pulling the thermostat housing and the pipe both out so you can put it all together on a bench?

the coolant cross over is bolted into the block behind the alternator bracket, and PS pump bracket = a serious bitch to do. when I initially put this tube on i def. put it together as one unit and it worked but was a PITA then a few days after i noticed those bolts were not seated and once i seated them i heard air seeping and now it just dumps coolant out. Nothing is cracked, bent, or broken it is the worst fitting piece i have ever had to deal with
