looking at rollpans, whats the best choice on material steel, urethane or fiberglass?

Steel. But the key is to get a quality one from SirMichaels or Grant Fab. Unless you like to fab the $79 ones are cheap for a reason.

I have an EFX steel roll pan. Fit was pretty good... I'm happy with it, and it was around $100-125 iirc??
