LLY: Rocker Replacement in MN?

my driverside just started to bubble a little, need to rust stop it asap and I think I'll use the U-Pol Raptor liner when I do the bed..
GM must use some questionable metal there as my '97 Jeep XJ has absolutely no rust and it's been here it's whole life and neglected by PO over the years....

It's still gonna rust from the inside out.

I will make a big enough hole so I can squirt the inside with the rust stop, I restored a car with some rust years ago and used it.. did it stop the rust?? not sure as I sold the car years later, however it never bubbled the fresh paint either...

really can't see someone charging thousands for such an easy rnr job for rockers...
