Result was 28% The slip said max allowed was 34%. Maybe I misread it. Is 35% statewide? I'm registered in Douglas county if that matters...

Ah! I misread that haha. For light duty diesels, which is 14,000lbs GVWR and less, it's 35% for turbo, 40% for non-turbo. For medum duty it's 20% for turbo and 35% for non-turbo. That's statewide for Colorado.
