RIP Titan 03-13-2000/05-19-2009

Last night we had to have my 9 year old Rottweiler put to sleep,Atleast they were able to do it here at the house and not somewere he did not know.:alone:.


Few weeks after I brought him home

At the end you could see he was not all there

We had to put down our 11 year old Doberman in January. It was a sad day! But like you said at least we could do it at home!

Thanks and also Sorry for your loss, My next door neighbor is a vet and looked at him in the yard when he went down around 12:30 am. We were taking him to a 24hr vet since the neighbor did not have any staff on at that time,But we could not bring are selfs to let them poke and cut on him so, That and if they had put him to sleep they do not allow you to bring them home,They must do a Cremation, and that was not going to happen.

I will be facing the same situation in the next year or so I'm afraid. My buddy will be 12 in August and he's not moving as well as he did. The heart of a pup is there but the body's not able.

Sorry for your loss I know exactly how you feel. I had to have my 8 year old Rotty put down about 2 months ago. It was a very sad day.

damn henry very very sorry for your loss.

i just had to put my shorthair down 5 days before christmas, he was my first dog too and was only 8. it's still tough to come home and not see him there.

rip Harley, titan, angus and another best friend that has been lost.
