Definitely not a shift point problem. It's either a rev limiter (in one form or another) or lack of power. It may rev higher with no load on it, but it could be pulling fuel causing it to stop at 3300.

I dont think 3300 is all thar low but i can see u wanting more. But from watching ur video i would say maybe something is pulling fuel, or you need more fuel via tuning or hard parts.. but i don't see it being tuning as steve helped with the tune if im not mistaken.. from your video seems like it never spooled completely.. take my advice as u wish.. just a broke a$$ hooker here:D

I know its loosing rail pressure. It keeps throwning codes for the fpr, I have a new one just need to find time to put it in.
