Allison 6sp: resting the taps

Do I need to take out the EFI Tune so the tec 2 will be able to reset the taps.Not getting any codes.just shifting very hard in 2nd to 3rd and closed throttle down shift from 4th to 3rd bangs very hard doesn't change no mater what I doo with EFI,here is the tune I have in the tcm at the moment any hepl would be appreciated thanks

I almost forgot It's a 06 6sp with a 8.1 tcm ising it as a stand alone.Was working fine for awhile then just started to act like above.This setup has over 4000miles on it.

Just thought I'd give a update on my 6sp standolne setup for my Allison
I have been trying to tune fore awhile had harsh 4>3 closed throttle downshift and inconsistent up shifts.I found a 6sp MD cal.I put a TCM in my setup WTH the MD cal.trans did the exact same shifting problems.Soo I decided to change out the Valvebody with a stock one I felt like I just won the lottery worked like a champ.Felt like a new Duramax.We took my VB apart and found that the shiftkit in syl.A the ball was not in the correct spot everything great now.now I can fine tune very little from were I'm at.
