Reprogram Miles to Empty?

I just replaced my factory 26 Gallon tank with a Transfer Flow 45 gallon. Fuel gauge works fine, but the DIC seems to need to be replrogrammed so it knows I'm carrying more fuel. Do I need a Tech2?

you should be able to do it with efi live??

I know, but it's not worth the cost or loss of warranty.
