Well guys, return rate on the injectors are all good....came up to Taylor AZ to Williams bros. great people and probably the most knowledgable shop in AZ I've found. Looks like its time for a lift pump, they have the FASS in stock here.

What all has been done to the truck? If you fill out your signature it helps others t/s for you. I don't think a lift pump will help a rough running engine...

I suggest to anyone who has this same issue to go to a shop with a dyno capable of producing a load and gettin the code to trip, then check injector returns immediately after, once the fuel is hot enough the return rates magnifies, and the truth is shown....one bad injector on drivers side, time for a recall from gm on their pos fuel system!

It's a Bosch fuel system, not GM and one bad injector in 162,000 is not the end of the world... Just be glad it's not a LB7, they get really expensive to repair. I feel that injectors are wear items and only last as long as the quality of service and fuel they have received.
