Replacing back plate

Thanks to Covid-19 finally had time to remove the broken back plate off my LBZ motor. Now that it's time to reassemble I need to find the torque specs and if the main seal needs to go in first. Can anybody give me info or where to go for it? Thanks

Rear adapter plate is referred to flywheel housing in the SoCal specs. The seal gets drove on after plate is installed.
I typically make sure almost everything is buttoned up otherwise before driving rear seal in. The seals are expensive so I make sure its pretty much done before driving them on.
