Replacement Plastic Bowtie

I’ve searched all over for a replacement plastic bow tie for the grille of my LB7 and cannot find one anywhere. I’ve found grille’s and billet bow ties but no plastic oem style replacement. Anyone have any luck with finding one?

I ordered one from gm not too long ago.

When I checked stock last week gm couldn’t sell me one because they couldn’t give me a delivery date. None in stock.

I said fork it and found a 3D print file, sent it to a buddy and 8 hours later he sent me this pic.

I’ll tune it up a bit with the dremel and some sanding and it should be good to go.

like 10+ years ago I had the same issue. no one had any in stock. ended up cutting one out of 4" ABS pipe

Are you guys' emblems actually black? Or are you going to paint them whatever color you want?

Mine is a faded gold color, and I'd like to replace it. But same story, no luck finding one.

I've got a 3D printer at work. Hadn't thought of that, but that would work pretty well.

Mine is Gold also but buddy had lots of black so used that.
