LLY: Removing PPE

I am trying to return to stock so I can load EFI. It gets to the screen where it states unlocking ECM, and that is as far as it gets. I had it on there for over 20 min when I gave up. Any ideas? Would it hurt to load new tune on top of the PPE since I will probably not sell the downloader?

There is two diff stock options on ppe.. Make sure u are doing the rite one...

This may sound ridiculous, but is the key in the run position, not just the accessory position. My PPE locked up and my truck was dead for a couple hours until I figured out what I did.
