Removing Cups LB7

Just posting to help others with injector cup removal. I used a 3/4" concrete bolt that's 5" long. I cut a slot in top of the bolt so I could hold it with a flat head to screw the ancor down. Then use a pry bar off the rocker rail and they pulled right out. A couple needed more pressure.

Great thread he posted. It's were I got the idea. But I couldn't find the pipe so I tried the pry bar under the washer and it worked. Just wanted to get some more ideas out there thanks.

I would look for pipe before using the pry bar. Not good putting pressure on the rocker shaft. They have bent and or busted in half from guys removing without backing the valve lash off first.
