Yesterday I took my truck and had remote start installed that was a gift for christmas.
Everything seemed to be fine until i noticed last night when hooking up the new CTS 2 i bought that it doesn't even recognize that its a diesel. It shows no boost reading, no fuel rail pressure reading. It shows nothing that my old CTS did. Thinking that I may have gotten a dud i plugged the old CTS back in. It is now doing the same thing. I also can no longer change my EFI level.
With what very little electrical knowledge I am thinking that they have some how changed the way the OBDII is set up or cut a wire by mistake.
Either way what is your guess. I'd like to have an idea before going in there monday
Thanks in advance
