I just tried to reflash my ally for od lockout but it won't let me, a notice comes up saying reflashing the allison transmission is restricted to commercial and workshop cables only? HELP

mine has done that, all i had to do was close the tune tool and unplug everything. plug everything back in then open up the tune tool, and try to flash it again. usually works for me.
