Recommended quick cheap upgrades?

Hey!
So I'm brand new to the forum and I figured I'd start strong with a simple question. I bought a 2003 dmax 3 months ago. I'm looking for any other easy quick to do and CHEAP! Upgrades to get just a little more umph out of her. I'm hitting roughly 22psi on setting 2 with my programmer. I've been looking into a boost increase valve but anything I do I want to know it's not going to be too much for the internals. This truck is my daily driver but I wanna know it's got some pep in her step.

First thing I would do it ditch that programmer and get EFI Live and an exhaust. That should keep you happy for a while, but be warned... it gets expensive quick

That particular model won't handle over about 80 or 100 over stock and your (programmer) prob does that so unless you have 4-5k for a tranny better be happy....needa start saving for injectors anyway... my opinion
