Rear axle widths?

Is a GMT-900 (07-10) rear axle the same width as a GMT-800? Spring perches the same width apart, too?

Is a GMT-900 (07-10) rear axle the same width as a GMT-800? Spring perches the same width apart, too?

Assuming 2500HD? Track width is exactly the same between GMT800 and GMT900 at 66". However, I'm seeing the dimension from center line to outside of rear spring as 26.2" in the earlier trucks (2003, for example) vs. this being 25.69" in the GMT900 (2009 as example), so like 1/2" different. Never tried it myself, just going off the drawings.

I thought they used the same axle from 01 to 10 except for cab and chassis or some such thing or maybe DRW
