Nice progress man, that thing is gonna be LOW! Looks awesome. Better put a cap on the stack on the dmax so it doesn't fill with snow LOL. :D

I don't really know anything about lowering trucks and stuff like you do. Did you have to cut the floor up like that to do a body drop?

yea josh, with the cab sitting down over the frame there are x members that need to be removed. i've actually got 4wd body mounts in there to pick it up a little higher too. i'm going to cut a little more out around the top of the trans though.

not sure just yet but i might channel the floor on the ps for the exhaust to clear.

haha yea kev. i was actually thinking about cutting an access hole in the top of the cowl. head studs are going to be a biatch

It looks like it's gonna be a bear! I like it. My RC/LB will be a RC/SB 24-Valve this summer.

What radiator and intercooler are you running? Mine came out of an LLY and I don't run a fan. I will be putting a pusher fan in front of the A/C condenser when I switch to a P30 high mount compressor.

Keep the pics coming! You're making me want to drop mine now.

nice josh can't wait to see that thing get cut up. :thumb:

not sure on the rad yet i'm just using this one for mock up. the intercooler is from a 2nd gen dodge. i'm gonna polish it up though :) i figure i'll just run dual electric fans too.

Cool. You have almost convinced me I need to lower mine. I'm more concerned about the compound set-up, injectors and studs for now. If I can lower my odd-ball inexpensively I will lower it.

I don't have any room for a fan between the pulleys and radiator.

drop keys and loose a few leafs. that'll get her down on the cheap.

i guess i'm gonna have to do the studs before i get the cab all mounted lol. yea i'd like to run a compound on this as well just worried about the clearance. i found a company that makes oval 4" pipe so i'm prolly gonna order some of that and see what i can do about a DP and getting it to go over the axle. not sure on if i wanna run a stack or what just yet.

I don't have a torsion suspension. My 2500 is an 8-lug light-duty. I'm still tracking part numbers for the suspension. Most of it looks like 1/2 ton stuff except the coil springs, spindles, hubs and bearings. I'm still doing research........

The weight of the Cummins did a fair job lowering the front but it rides a little rougher than I like.

I'm looking at running my HX35 with an HT3B and using parts from source to make the pipes.

ha really, a unicorn lol. maybe some resi shocks would help. i have them in the back of mine and love em. i actually don't have any shocks in the front of the dmax and it rides great. hell that would be an easy swap for you if it's 2wd.

yea i was thinking about making my own manifold to mount the turbo where i wanted so i could run a twin kit and keep it all under the stock hood.

Which would be an easy swap? I'm suspension stupid.

yea i'm going to move the brake and gas pedal over a little bit. i gotta get my hydro boost pedal this week. i could run the gas pedal where it's at now but it would be uncomfortable as hell.
