Who actually has C notches for our trucks that will fit worth a crap? Ive bought 2 different bolt in/ weld in C notches, and both didnt fit, one was a 1500 notch, returned that, and 2nd was a DJM notch that I called about, and they told me it would fit, get it in the mail, and guess what, it was for a 1500. Returned that one too. I need one for my 2500 short bed, not a 1500. DJM says they cant sell me one for my 4wd because it only fits a 2wd, I told him the frames are the same  I dont really wanna rig one and make one, as cuttting the frame is scary to me enough.

Im about ready to buy a 6/8 flip kit for a 2wd and use the frame notch included in the kit, unless someone on here knows what I need..???:confused:

If I cant find one im pulling off this damn lowering kit.

Why don't you just pay someone reputable to do the notch? Every good rear end build I have ever seen uses a custom fabricated c notch. I know thats not what you want to hear but honestly it would be the best way to do it. If that doesn't appeal to you then maybe the best answer is to pull your lowering kit off.

nobody markets a part to cut the frame on a 2500/3500 because not many people cut up a 3/4 frame. 1/2 ton is where it is at.

If you dont care about the load anymore, go with a half ton notch, if you do still care for being a 2500 chassis, well then you have more problems anywway.

So..go custom notch, its pretty much only option.

PS - DJM is really iffy stuff. I bought their lowering kit, and decided it wasn't strong enough for my application. Guess I should sell it. It's sitting around somewhere.

It's not that I dont mind having one made, it's just I dont know anyone well enough to trust them to make it.

If i had more time and running vehicles, id build you a notch buddy unless you can wait a few weeks?
