Real Wheels might be light, but they are NOT strong. They flex a lot.
I have to run 18" with drop spindles.
What size are the new trucks? 18"? Might try takeoffs. I know PYO's are very strong yet 1/2 the weight of most aftermarket pieces.

Mcgaughy's, and belltech's are minimum 17's and even those are very close to the rim lip.
UPS Shipped mine @ 32lbs each and they weighed 32 lbs each on the scale. 56 lbs for the wheels and tires.
my 20" rockstars and 285/60 duratracs were 115 lbs each!!! SOLD EM N GOT BMF's havent looked back
I got bored and googled the Mickey Thompson classic II in jegs. It says they weigh 24lbs for the 17x9, and 26 for the 18x10. I found an old thread where a guy weighed a pyo and it came in at 17lbs. I run 18x9 American racing rims and they run 29lbs. I'm sure these aren't perfectly accurate but close.
Some sort of BFG street tire I think
i pour 50 lbs of boost at these tires and they hold traction. its funny to hear really lol just barley holding on:woott:
