So you're saying, the same cp4 as the 15 Lml has, but yet the ford, weighing 1k lbs more with an lly turbo, can break into the 12's with just a tune, but an Lml can't..

I think we can reasonably say it's not the same turbo as the lly. There's been a pretty big leap in that tech over the last decade.

3788 63.5mm compressor and pretty sure the exhaust housing is the same size as well IIRC. Can't be much different..

No, if you read what was posted the 2015 ford 6.7 has a long stroke cp4 with higher output than the 11-15 LML models.

My buddy ran his bone stock other than 20s and mud terrains. 2wd launch and he ran a 15.5. I think his is a 13, he's has goodies now but not all on there yet. And we are at 550' elevation. He will have moonshine tunes before long. Has delete kit and sleeves and I'm pretty sure he's addicted to racing already so I'll post up his new times when the track opens back up.

I would be very surprised if a Ford is 1000 lbs heavier than a comparable GM truck.

My totally stock (just a tune), factory exhaust went 14.4 with a 2.0 60' time and my 300lb friend driving. The truck weighed 8100lbs. The weigh is a killer.

Mike L has done my tranny, Fleece is sending me a cp3 conversion, and Mark @ Danville is sending me his new 68mm VVT and i'll throw on a lift pump, so I'm looking forward to improved times even with all the emissions in place.

Again the weight is a killer so I don't think they will be anything close to the earlier models.

My 2015 Denali CC/SB 4x4 with just a rolling bed cover, me in the driver seat, and the low fuel light on weighed 7900lbs on a CAT scale at the truck stop. Just did this a few weeks ago.

They are heavy!

And what did your truck run in the 1/4?

My truck ran 16.1 stock with a 3.9 60ft. Stupid truck stop on the line during launch then took off.:baby:
