12.39 is the quickest I know of and it's a CC.

Achievable.......... I'd like to see an 11 out of a stock LLY personally, but I don't know if that is possible. You should try.;)

I was curious as I ran a 13.3 last time, and with the changes I made and those coming soon I was hoping for 12.xx.
Since last time I dropped the truck 4/5", removed the overload/#2 leaf (easy 100lbs.), running 31.3" OD tires instead of 33.25", will add caltracs, down pipe, LBZ mouthpiece, EGR delete pipe, up-pipes and a 5" tailpipe.

I have gone 12.39 at 108 in a ccsb 4x4 lly at 6520lbs with a stock lly turbo and lly cp3 pump with modded reg and other BPM's # 2 only.

I now have a LBZ cp3 pump and 64mm cheetah and the track is just about to reopen.

I hope it holds together i'm going to give it all it's got

How did you get your CC down to 6520 lbs? What did you remove?

Thanks,
David

What kinda boost where these runs at. IIRC a vnt turbo doesnt run outta effeincy until 45 psi of boost. There has been alot of people that get to 35 and boom there gone. I think i am 1 step ahead of it all being able to run 40psi and 1350 egt's at WOT. My truck cleans up very well. So i was thinking add a little more fuel until it gets to where its clouding like crazy and a little more boost until it goes boom. And see if i can break the 11's with a stock turbo. But this isnt going to happen over night i am going to by another turbo before i do this experiment so when it does go i have a back up

30-32 no more no less

I am still stund that the truck ran that fast. What it all came down to is the trans shifted perfect i can't explain it and i ditched 500lbs and i have got quite a bit of seat time with the old girl

I ran an 11.89 on #2 with a stock turbo and single cp3 with my LLY....oh yeah, I had another little addition hanging off the side!;)

Don't take skintback's truck as a good example, that thing is a freak.

Most of the better tuned stock turbo LLY trucks are in the high 12's

Yeah, freak is a good term for that truck.:D

I watched Craig run a 12.8 last year in his ECSB. I think 12.7-12.8 is the best most will ever do outside of skintback's. I was 13.3 at full weight and then some and now have some better tuning but I would just be happy just hitting 12s one day as would most.

No more than 32 psi needed on a stock charger. Not safe above that anyway.

I would like to get back to the track before the season is out. I can do a bit more weight reduction and maybe put Ecc inthe driver seat. ;) That's a 50 lb reduction right there.
