quick fpr questions

so i have changed out a couple fpr and getting good at it lol now i got a friend that has a lb7 and it needs a fpr bad but hes to cheap to buy a lb7 one now i know u can run the lbz regulator in other engines and get some more rail pressure with efi but my question is can u just put a lbz regulator in and it will run fine with out efi ???

He's to cheap? Lb7 regs are cheaper lol I have one I might consider selling used lb7 reg...

And yeah you need to have it re tuned for it. Really easy though to do

It will have a lope without making the necessary changes with efi

I have done lbz regs on lly's and lly regs on lb7's all with no lift pump thou and ran just fine for me stock/no efi i think it's hit or miss

yeah hes a strange fellow u would just have to know him to understand but i might just orded one of each and try the lbz one if it works cool
