What is DPF?

Any recommendations for air intake upgrade over stock?

The good news is, you don't have a DPF on your 05 LLY.

If you're sticking with a stock turbo, the stock intake is sufficient.

For aftermarket, I like sealed box ones (valant) over the open element units. I'd also try to get one with re-usable filter that does not need to be oiled.

Before replacing the stock intake you need to upgrade the turbo mouthpiece. Either a factory LBZ or aftermarket one

I am guessing that the LBZ mouthpiece is larger and so are the aftermarkets.
