I have a 05 lly stock

Im having a no start condition
Changed harness
No codes
I have 6k psi while cranking
Have a lift pump

Only odd thing im seeing on my scanner in live data is
The pto engine shutdown says yes instead of no.

Will this cause a no start condition?

The injectors are out and at a local bosch facility getting tested.
I pulled the harness back off to be sure no pinched wires or anything
Comp was 390- 400 in every hole

Checked all fuses. Even replaced them all.
Including relays.

Drained fuel put new.
All injectors are good. Had southwest diesel check them all.

Rail pressure while cranking is 6k

Engine light is on. I check codes and nothing present.

I only have a snapon solus ultra

Does the security light blink when you start to crank it? I ran into that recently. The ECU had "forgotten" the security key during an injector job, and thought it was stolen. Did the relearn procedure, and it fired up.

Just took the ecm out. Tried another with vats relearn.

Same issue.
Only way I can get it to run for a few seconds is if I unplugg the fuel rail pressure sensor it will start for 10sec smoking like a chimney then die
