I met a guy in Ohio once(my cousin and I bought a 69 Camaro from him) who drove a front wheel drive Olds that was converted to CNG. Wierd! He had a compressor or pump of some kind in his garage that he used to fill it up. Very interesting.....

A high pressure CNG compressor isn't cheap. Even the smaller ones for home refueling can touch $10k for a whole setup.
