Yep, Three 7 month deployments over to the NAG for oil plat security. I was the Crew Hotel Electronics Tech (1 of 1). Before the rating change I was a MMN2 building the Sub. Loved both worlds but I'm glad I made it out alive. I made the rating change so I would be more marketable in the civilian world having both Nuclear mechanical knowledge as well as satellite communications/electronics experience. Knock on wood, it's working out decently so far.

PC sailor huh? STG1 (SW).. 3rd Destroyer right now out of Mayport, FL, just finished my 5th deployment, 1 of them, boots on the ground in Iraq..

Joined up a little while back, just getting to the intro.

Tons of great information here, I end up spending an hour reading here when I only have 15 minutes! Just got my first Chev in about 12 years, so I am here to learn about the Duramax. From what I heard from my friends, it's the way to go.

The old Ram had to go, and couldn't turn down the 12% discount clearance price at the end of September. 2016 Silverado 3500 LTZ Dually, CCLB. Love the ride, and the interior. Super comfortable and has all the amenities.

I was asking for B&W gooseneck and 5th wheel companion hitch thrown in and installed to complete the deal, but they balked at the install. I got an extra 500 for the trade to buy the stuff myself and I did the install in an afternoon.

Happy with the LML so far but hoping the mpg improves when it breaks in. I only have about 3000 miles on it. I got 10 to 11 with a run with my 34' 5er to put it in storage. I'm fine with that, but I'm getting 6 with the empty shipping containers. It's a big sail sticking up there, but am hoping for 8 to 9 eventually at 59 mph.
