Cognito, tough country, RCD, rough country, pro comp (knuckle style lift ONLY), CST or bullet proof.
in that order is my highest to lowest rating of those lifts and what i suggest to go with.

As the others have mentioned, Tuning and lift pump will get you to 500+.
Here would be my list.
1. Built trans.
2. Max effort tuning, lift pump, EGR delete or blocker plate.
3. 6" Tough or Rough Country lift, IMOP the others are overpriced and these 2 are economical and tough as hell. Drop the torsion bars to keep perfectly flat cv angles. 33-35" tires.
4. Start deciding on how far you really want to take this... Built engine, big fuel and Air are going to cost sh*t ton of money over there

What about BDS?
Yes they are good as well though they dont make a 6" lift like the OP is after. hence it was not added to my list.

for 500 you really dont need alot of what you posted i need to find a dyno for mine when i get back home but ive got whats in my sig and i think im over 5 if not i will be with the parts that are at the house
you should look into tie rods and upgraded steering componets BTW
