Yesterday I finally had the chance to get my truck looked at. Went to Danville performance and had Mark and the guys there take a look.

Found out I have a leak somewhere. They commanded the fuel pressure to 28,000 and it only put out 14,000 so its 50% of what it should be. We came to the conclusion that my cp3 is getting weak and probably needs replaced. The regulator is working as it should also.

I knew there was something up. A lot of the people that have rode in my truck kept telling me I was just getting used to it. Ha I knew it wasn't right.

Since my plans for the truck are 800hp Mark pointed me to the exergy 12mm pump so thats what I will be looking for in the near future.
Mark is a good guy and did me well. Look forward to working with them again.

Glad to hear they found your issue that is not to bad and can be resolved. How much did it cost you for diagnosis of the truck?

I feel the price for the knowledge I got from him wasn't near what I should've paid. I paid 79 for the diagnosis. I went there thinking I was gonna spend at least 150 but I was surprised.
Mark gave very good information on which parts I should go with to get me where I want to be.

Ask mark about his opinion on dual pump set ups on your truck. I would be the recommends you stay single pump.

But it's all personal opinion

That's the pump cost. Not installation. He giving you a hell of a deal on the pump. Duals would run a similar cost. Did you check for restrictions in the lines and at the tank basket?

2,550 sorry I read that wrong. And I wont need anyone to install it for me. And no I haven't checked the tank or lines. Which lines are you referring to?

Yes, we checked for restrictions and all checked good. I'll take a single 10 or 12mm Exergy cp3 over dual stock pumps any day of the week hands down! All the stupid issues with dual fuel kits on street trucks is not worth it to me or my customers. Brackets cracking, belt issues controller issues, etc. Exergy cp3's have proven to be as reliable as stock pumps to me.

Thanks Mark for chimming in. I wasn't for sure if there were any restrictions or not. After reading some horror stories on dual cp3 controllers I think i want to stick with the single.
Can you guys do flow rate checks there at the shop if I bring them to you? Like I mentioned im not sure whats in the truck. Also want to do studs and head gaskets anyway.
