I hated that lady.... until I watched that video that is.It goes to show all these clowns are to stupid to understand why it's not okay to do jack shit and get paid for it.

That's awesome. I'm glad I pay my taxes and serve my country so these nasties can go to school and have money for rent which they don't pay.
yeah its amazing the shitbags that get our hard earned money to blow on whatever they want and not get in trouble for it but yet weve got vets coming back to absoultly nothing cause its kinda hard to put shooting people on resumes! How is he in his 3rd year of college? Unless he showed up to court higher than normal, he should have flunked out of any degree program by that point.
I found the complete disconnect between using rent money for rent and using it for whatever he wants to be interesting, and saddening. Also interesting that he thought that his mere presence to be a form of payment of rent. It must be great to be someone as important as an unemployed 3rd year music student with a tenuous grasp on reality.

He doesn't even understand. He 100% thinks he just deserves it because he's in school and unemployed. Probably unemployed by his own choosing and obviously abusing the program(s) that are supposed to help people struggling. That is EXACTLY why government social welfare programs don't work - corrupt.
Why has no one at the gov't agency carried out due-diligence to see if that scummer is using the money for rent or even paying ANY amount of rent? They just give the money on an honor system? I don't understand. Anytime I hear of folks trying to get whatever welfare assistance, they ask a million questions and documentation, and then get declined.
