The PPE kit is the same as the Alto Power pack kit. 14 C1's, 8 C2's, 5 C3's, 6 C4's and nothing else. You need more clutches to hold one of Kory's tunes if they're hot. The kit will work better with more pressure like one of my pressure regulator springs and modified converter flow valve to eliminate knock down. I don't recommend 8 clutches for the C2 pack as it will cause a big tie up on the 3/4 shift.

Hmm before I did your pressure spring and a modified converter flow valve all of my shifts were smooth as butter under WOT. Went 2 years like that. Now after those hydraulic mods my 3-4 is pretty firm only under WOT. All others still feel like they used to. Why would higher pressure and zero knockdown do that? Is it because the clutches are grabbing alot harder now which makes you feel this supposed tie up? Can only feel it if the converter is locked and can't feel it at all if part throttle driving.

I may just have Josh at Top Notch Garage do my build. I believe he is close to Dallas so it's about a 5hr drive. Thanks for all the info guys

I'm about 75 miles east of Dallas just off I-20. I'll be happy to get you fixed up. Let me know if I can help.
