PPE Stage 5 Multiple Codes

Ok so my 3 year old PPE S 5 is throwing multiple codes, 1. incorrect gear ratio 2nd gear, 2. Incorrect gear ratios 4th gear 3. Switch b circuit low fluid, 4. pressure switch manifold, 5. Shift Inhibited.
If any one has any thoughts go ahead and hit me.

Did you check the fluid level??

Post the code numbers and not your explanation. Do it in the order which they appeared.
Who built it and how hard was it driven.

Fluid was may have been qt low, has the ppe deep pan, I did add a qt of purple didn't think much of it at the time smelled fine,
I have only driven it maybe 5 miles since fluid now is toast 734, 734, 736, 776, 747, dynos 750 full weight ccsb dd. We love in the mountains so its really hard to abuse it. At this point I will holdback on the shop to avoid mud.
