What goes bad on these pumps the electric or the clearence on the inside of the pump

I think the PPE pumps are junk. Ive installed several, and they all seem to fail in about 10-20,000 miles.

Agreed. Been through two and they were not flow through. Both would not let me go over 35 mph and for one I had to crawl under and cut it out on the side of the road (second I was lucky and did it in the drive way)!!

I'm on my second one in 30k.
The noise isnt that bad when you're driving.
If I have to do it again, I will get a Raptor. They are the Airdog pump without the filters and it comes with everything needed to install. No trips to the hardware store/hydraulic shop is nice.
