I put our Corvette on the trailer (6000lb combined) and hooked it to Casper last night. I ran the full 670HP tune while towing. We drove for ~5 hours total from 1100' to 4300' up through the mountains, 1hr worth of bumper to bumper stop and go driving due to a closed freeway. 14.5 mpg includes track passes. EGT's max 1200 towing.

At the track the GT40R ran from 12.06 to 11.89 at 112. Baro was 27.01, 3600' DA. Very thin air. Boost dropped 3 PSI.

This backs up the 670hp claims. Nick D'Amico ran 11.95 at the same track and got 720hp with the same dyno with his LB7 CCSB truck. He used a ~220hp shot of nitrous, so his truck would not have been affected by the thin air. The Corvette ran about 6mph slower than normal, and 8mph slower than it's best. Casper ran 3 mph down from it's best.

Towing was very good, with very little smoke, and the charger would spool to 7 psi at 1500rpm when lugging it up steep grades. Need I say plenty of passing power? ;)


Charger spooled on the line very easy. VERY EASY. Easier than a LB7 or LLY stocker. 2300rpm boosted launches and it didn't try and walk through the brakes.

All in all, I'm impressed at it's all-around performance.

Cool, Great report Pat. This sounds like it gonna be a really good all around charger.

Now to Convince the wife that i need one:D !

Those are some great times pat, congrats. I hope to get my truck into the 12s when I lose the lift kit. The turbo will help it there. I just got back from towing the trailer from lake elsinore, 1hr, 60 MPH, about 11 MPG, and 1100 degrees max EGTs.

Due to my extensive testing of the 4094R I have determined that due to other products on the market this turbo is inferior to it's competition....

Just kiding this turbo on a single CP3 is very impressive 12.3's for a slow LLY.

It would kind of stupid to spray it during product testing. The truck had already run 11.77 on fuel using HTT at a lower elevation with a few dozen diesel folk present in the pits with the truck.

It made 670rwhp at Westech on fuel, and was tow-worthy, so I stopped testing and went on to the next charger.

Casper has had many different chargers on it.

why does everyone think it was sprayed? reece ran a 12.30 @109.5 first time out with it. Thats a full weight LB7 with stock cp3 and injectors on #2 only on 20s to boot. Right tires and some more tweaking hell go 11s.
