Put a ppe dual fueler kit on my buddies 2.5 truck . And we can not get it to stop leaking at the junction block that sits above the drivers valve cover, its leaking were the race valve or fprv screws into it. Have taken it off and put it in a vise and tightened . It is really tight but still runs fuel out of it. Anyone else had this problem? We are using a race valve should be use a factory fprv?

My kit did same thing. Had to get an O ring for it just like there is one back on fuel rail.

Mine as well. Except it was the fitting that screwed into the back of the driver side rail. Got an o-ring from DMAX497 and hasn't leaked since.

I have one on each. The rail and the block. Go get two new ones. If that doesn't fix it then your block is messed up.

The fitting on the fuel rail was designed to not be used with an o ring. The o ring goes on the plug for the block and tq'd to 65ftlbs. I would not go over tq and if it's still leaking I would get a new block or delete it all together. If it's plugged it's not returning fuel anyways.

I have had the same problems with the race valves. I have had better luck with shimmed fprv than race plugs. The damn things are hard to keep from leaking.

X2.

You could weld it in there I suppose. They are both steel. Or return it to PPE if it is new for warranty maybe??
