I am trying to wire in my electric fuel pump, I plan on using a relay but need to find a power source and a signal from the ignition. Any ideas?

Perhaps you could flip the key on and use a tester to find a hot circuit and tap the buss at that location? use velcro and stick the relay to the side of the fuse box?

I suck at using the search function but this issue has been discussed in detail.

Sorry if that doesn't help, or i am not on your page. There are guys here that can tell you the fuse number that'll work best... I can't/don't memmer.

Good luck.:)

I am going to mount the relay out under the hood in the engine compartment so mounting it will be no problem.

Thank you for the insight

There's a ignition "hot" at the top of the distribution box above/left of the brake pedal...That's what I have used to trigger the relay...

Probably the same spot as Reno...
