Howdy Folks,
Got a case study here with a buddies truck, has a 07 Silverado classic 2WD thats leveled on 33's or 35's (cant remember exactly) front end was a bit sloppy so the front end was rebuilt, new blue top steering gear, cognito pitman and idler supports a autozone ps pump a year prior (strike one i know:rofl the problem is at a stop the steering locks up as if there is no power assist, you turn the wheel and it turns very slowly with great resistance and you can hear the hiss of the pressure relief valve in the pump as if it is at full lock, took the weight off the front end and there is no binding. Thinking its the pump but before parts are thrown at it i am wondering if anyone has had similar issues or any insight
Thanks in advance.
