End Result: Got it all plumbed in, flushed the system and the flow was good. Don't know if it was the flush or cooler or both, but steering is much easier now, and I just put bigger shoes on the truck. I would venture to say I could have gone with a bigger cooler, because you can put your hand on it and feel the heat. Means it's working though I suppose!

cooler fluid = thicker fluid = less leakage past pistons, relief valve, etc = higher pressure = less steering effort = :D

Bonus points: less fluid breakdown, longer life, seals last longer, less steering fade, less foaming of the fluid and more

your setup looks good. i may have to copy that :thumb:

Indeed! I should have taken more pictures but I got on a roll. Only thing not shown is the splicing of the hoses. All in all with all the cooler, hardware, fluid, etc... probably cost me $100. Not bad :woott:
