Yes I do. It's got to be fixed no matter who is to blame. Although your buddy is the one that tightened it. I sure hope it's not the sealer he put on it that is leaking. But oh well, it's not the rear and to each side that is leaking so he's good. :D

What did it take to fix yours? I'll have the exhaust out next weekend, maybe a crowbar and sledge hammer will get involved :D

I used a ratchet strap around the tranny and pulled it as tight as I could then
a port-a-power between the pipe and cross member, pulled the pipe all the way against the transmission and transfer case and left the strap on it over night. Now I have about an 2in gap between them, and the rubber holder actually works right too.:D
